Replacement orders for missing parts can only be done if the item was purchased with in the last 30 days.
Small cost items: Proof of purchase requirement needs to be the standard on all missing replacement parts. However; if the missing item is a small cost item, (example: spin plate, bolt pack, wing nut), as a onetime courtesy, we can replace without receipt. However; let them know going forward we will not be able to send out any additional items without a proof of purchase.
Other Items: (example: legs, kit, hopper sections), will require the Consumer to e-mail a receipt before placing the WRT order.
Receipt saved to their Zendesk account.
Following fields required:
Model: Drop down list, (if the item is not listed here, please use the Product (free text) field)
Reason for WRT: Defective/Damaged/Missing
Product (free text): Free text field (only needed if the item is not located in the model drop down field)
WRT order number documented on their Zendesk ticket.
