We ask that you check inside of your feeder kit battery compartment for a small white box. The feeder tabs should be included in that box. We recognize these are difficult to locate and have made corrections in the boxing that will inform our consumers of their location. If the tabs are missing, please follow the below steps to ensure you receive your replacements:
- Take photo of inside the feeder kit battery compartment for quality control purposes.
- Attach photo to this email and send back to me.
- I will then place a replacement order for your tabs.
