Register A New Account
Please go to www.moultriemobile.com Note:You must set up your account with www.moultriemobile.com. Do not set up an account at Moultrie Feeders. This is not the correct website for viewing pictures. Also, the website works best in Google Chrome. If you don't have Google Chrome you can download it from the internet.
Once you're at www.moultriemobile.com, Click REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT. Follow the step-by-step instructions for setting up an account.
You can also set up your account via the Moultrie Mobile app. First, download the Moultrie Mobile app to your smartphone.
Next, click SIGN UP. Follow the step-by-step instructions for setting up an account.
After you register your account you should receive an email asking you to verify your account.
Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email.
It should only take a few minutes to receive this email. If you do not receive the verification email after a few minutes, please contact Consumer Service at email@example.com
To Activate Data Plan
Go to www.moultriemobile.com and log in with your email address and password.
Then, click on MY ACCOUNT in top right corner of page.
Click on ACTIVATE MODEM and follow the step-by-step instructions to pick a data plan.
Log into the Moultrie Mobile App.
Click on MY ACCOUNT and then click ACTIVATE DEVICE.
You can either enter the Modem ID and Serial Number manually or scan the barcode on the back of the modem or inside panel of the XV7000i/XA7000i integrate cameras.
After you pick your data plan wait about an hour, and then follow the steps below.
Provision your modem
Connect the camera and modem together with the supplied USB cable.
Turn the camera on, or switch it to CUSTOM START.
Press and release the TEST BUTTON on the side of the modem.
You will see the AWAKE Light come on right away. After 30 seconds you will see the LEVEL lights come on the modem.
When the LEVEL lights are illuminated on the modem you should see USB on the camera screen.
When the lights go off on the modem, press the TEST button on the modem a second time.
When the lights go off, press the TEST button a third time. Usual by the third cycle the modem has gotten all the updates that it needs and you will see an active camera on your account.
Tips: You will need three bars of signal to provision the modem. We recommend Lithium batteries. Always use a new SD card and format your SD card prior to use in the camera by erasing all images from inside the camera. If your SD card has been used in any other device, you need to format it in your computer prior to use. Chose FAT32. Always make sure to use the correct type of SD card. Standard SD or SDHC. Never use micro cards or high speed cards. If your camera has the option to use a security code, you cannot use the security code while using the modem. Make sure your camera has current firmware.
How To Add A Second Modem
Follow the same instruction from above for To Activate Data Plan. Again, use the website or app to finish the activation.
