Verification Email
After you register your account you should receive an email asking you to verify your account.
Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email.
It should only take a few minutes to receive this email. If you do not receive the verification email after a few minutes please contact Consumer Service at support@pradcooutdoorbrands.zendesk.com
To Activate Data Plan
Go to www.moultriemobile.com
Log in with your email address and password
Hover over My Account
Select Activate Modem
and follow the steps to pick a data plan.

Log into the Moultrie Mobile App
Click on My Account
Click Activate Device
You can either enter the Modem ID and Serial Number manually or Scan the back of the modem
After you pick your data plan wait about an hour, and provision the modem.
Note: To send images through the Moultrie Mobile you need to purchase the Moultrie Mv1 modem. This is a separate device that attaches to your camera. http://www.moultriefeeders.com/moultrie-mobiletm-wireless-field-modem-mv1
You need the serial number and modem ID that is located on the sticker on the back of the Mv1 to purchase a monthly data plan.
Provision your modem
Plug the camera and modem together.
Turn the camera on, or to custom start
Press and release the Test Button on the side of the modem
You will see the Awake Light come on right away. After 30 seconds you will see the level lights come on the modem.
When the level lights are on the modem you should see USB on the camera screen.
When the lights go off on the modem. Press the Test Button on the modem a second time.
When the lights go off press the Test Button a third time. Usual by the third cycle the modem has gotten all the updates that it needs and you will see an active camera on your account.
Tips: You will need three bars of signal to provision the modem. We recommend Lithium batteries. Always use a new SD card and format your SD card prior to use in the camera by erasing all images from inside the camera. If your SD card has been used in any other device you need to format it in your computer prior to use. Chose FAT32. Always make sure to use the correct type of SD card. Standard SD or SDHC. Never use micro cards or high speed cards. If your camera has the option to use a security code, you cannot use the security code while using the modem. Make sure your camera has current firmware.
To add a second modem
Go to www.moultriemobile.com
Log in with your email address and password
Hover over My Account
Select Activate Modem
and follow the steps to pick a data plan.
