Cancelling the subscription must be done from the website.

Log into your website using your email address and password.
Hover over the Cameras tab and click on Dashboard
To the right of your data graph, click on Manage Plan.
Select to Cancel.
When you select to cancel your modem the data you purchased will be available until the end of the cycle.
Note: If you are not using Google Chrome, you will only see the option to Remove the modem. This will cancel the subscription immediately, and remove it from your account.
If you do not see your camera on your dashboard you must call us to cancel.

Removing the modem will remove it from your account immediately. You will not be able to use the data you have already purchased as the modem will be immediately disconnected from your account, and will no longer transmit. This option is only recommended if you want to allow someone else to register the modem on their account. If you do not remove the modem from your account it will always be linked to your account and no one else will be able to register the modem.
This is an option for those who leave their cameras out year round. You have the ability to monitor your camera batteries and change your camera settings. No images will upload while in maintenance. The cost for Maintenance is $4.99 per month.

Go to www.moultriemobile.com
Log into your Account.
Hover over Cameras, and click on Dashboard
You will see 4 tabs to the right of your data graph
Click on MANAGE PLAN.
If you only want to buy more data just for the month click BUY DATA
Note: You can only increase the plan one time during a billing cycle.
Note: Billing is done on the 21st of every month. The data resets on the 29th of every month. If you have maxed out your data and want to get images prior to the 29th you can buy more data for the month or change your data plan.
If you want to cancel your plan, we recommend cancelling your subscription on or before the 20th of the month to prevent from getting billed for the following cycle.
