You can change this from the website or the App.
Click on the Cameras Tab then dashboard
Click on Edit Settings
Be sure to click save settings when complete.
Any changes made from the App or web do not take effect until after the next time the modem checks in.
Note: If you are using a camera with a Custom Start and Quick Start then you will need to be in Custom Start to change settings, from the web or App. In Quick Start, the camera will always run in factory default settings and the modem can’t override this
